Terms of Service

1. Services

Wyn & Wander LLC provides custom travel research, itinerary design, recommendations, and agreed booking assistance. Wyn & Wander is not a tour operator, transportation provider, hotel, restaurant, or owner of the third-party services included in an itinerary. Flights are not booked.

2. Client responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for reviewing their itinerary, confirming traveler names and trip details, meeting passport, visa, vaccination, insurance, and destination-entry requirements, and complying with applicable laws and advisories.

3. Planning fees and payments

Planning fees compensate Wyn & Wander for reserved time, consultation, research, strategy, organization, and itinerary creation. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning. The remaining payment schedule and any complexity or rush fees will be included in the client's proposal or agreement.

4. Changes and scope

Reasonable refinements within the agreed itinerary scope are included before final delivery. New destinations, substantial additions, rebooking, extensive changes, emergency or after-hours assistance, and services beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Planning services are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once work begins. Any exception is considered in accordance with the signed client agreement. Travelers remain responsible for third-party cancellation policies, penalties, and non-refundable costs.

6. Third-party services

Availability, pricing, safety, quality, cancellations, and performance of third-party travel providers are outside Wyn & Wander's control. Travelers should review the provider's terms and carry appropriate travel insurance.

7. Information accuracy

Travel details can change. Wyn & Wander makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but travelers should verify current operating hours, addresses, reservation details, routes, and destination requirements before and during travel.
