Full-Service Planning is for travelers who want a complete daily itinerary and assistance coordinating agreed ground arrangements. Wyn & Wander Lite is for travelers who want researched hotel, transfer, and activity recommendations but prefer to organize the days and make every booking themselves.

You receive a personal consultation, research and booking assistance for agreed ground arrangements, a detailed day-by-day itinerary, maps and travel notes, refinements within the agreed scope before delivery, and help with questions about your delivered itinerary while you travel.

Lite is a curated planning option for travelers who want strong hotel, transfer, and activity recommendations without daily scheduling, booking, or concierge support.

The prices on the Services page are professional planning fees for research, itinerary design, recommendations, and the coordination included in your chosen service. They do not include the cost of flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, activities, or other travel purchases. Full-Service fees are based on the number of travel days in the itinerary, including arrival and departure days. Lite uses one total planning fee based on trip length. A complex or rushed trip may require an additional planning fee, which is always explained and approved before planning begins.

I personally review the trip and reply at the email address you provide within two business days. If the timing, needs, and scope are a good fit, that email will include an invitation to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation.

Earlier is always better, especially for international, honeymoon, peak-season, or multi-destination travel. Rush planning may be available when your departure date is close.

I plan honeymoons, couples trips, family trips, international journeys, and itineraries involving multiple cities or countries. More complex trips may require an additional fee that is always discussed before planning begins.

Absolutely. Share what is already confirmed and I can plan around it, provided the remaining trip fits within the selected service and timeline.
