Itinerary Planning

For travelers who want a complete plan, careful logistics, and a daily itinerary designed around how they want the trip to feel.

  • Accommodation, activity, dining, transfer, and ground-transport research
  • Booking assistance for agreed trip elements; flights are not booked
  • Maps, travel notes, and practical destination guidance
  • Refinements within the agreed itinerary scope before final delivery
  • Questions about your delivered itinerary while you travel

New destinations, major additions, rebooking, emergency or after-hours assistance, and extensive changes may require an additional service fee.

Full-Service base planning fee

1–7 travel days$70planning fee per travel day
8–10 travel days$550total planning fee
11–12 travel days$650total planning fee
13+ travel days$650through day 12, plus $65 for each additional travel day

For example, the Full-Service planning fee is $490 for a seven-day trip, $550 for a ten-day trip, and $650 for a twelve-day trip.

A travel day is each calendar day included in the planned itinerary, including arrival and departure days.

For independent travelers who enjoy assembling their own trip but want expert research and well-matched recommendations to begin with.

Lite does not include daily scheduling, booking, or concierge support. Those needs may require an upgrade or an additional fee.

One total planning fee based on trip length. This covers the curated research and itinerary-summary PDF. You make and pay for all travel bookings directly.

More moving parts

Additional complex itinerary fee

An additional planning fee starting at $100 may be added when a trip requires significantly more destination research, transportation coordination, remote-location planning, permits, or other complex logistics. Any additional fee is quoted and approved before planning begins.
