With Wyn & Wander, every step is carefully guided to create a travel experience that’s smooth, personalized, and unforgettable. Ready to get started? Let’s plan your perfect adventure!

  • We start with a consultation to understand your travel vision. Whether it’s a luxury getaway, a family adventure, or a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I’ll gather all the details about your preferences, goals, and must-haves.

  • Based on our discussion, I’ll create a personalized travel proposal, outlining the key elements of your trip. You’ll have the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and make adjustments until it’s just right.

  • Once the proposal is finalized, I’ll craft a detailed, day-by-day itinerary, covering everything from accommodations and activities to dining and logistics. Each element is thoughtfully planned for a seamless experience.

  • I’ll share the completed itinerary for your review. After your approval, I’ll confirm all the bookings and arrangements (except for flights) to ensure everything is ready for your journey.

  • Before you depart, you’ll receive your finalized travel plan with all the details you need and any helpful tips for your destination. However, you are not alone, during your trip, you may contact us with as many questions as you’d like!
